Shipping and Handling
Within the Asia Pacific Region:

Please allow up to 14 days for delivery. Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit verification. In the event of a delay, every effort will be made to contact you by phone, fax, mail or email. The online store will calculate the price of delivery automatically in terms of your address, your order and the weight of your basket.

The delivery will be made by any available courier. A tracking number will be communicated to you by email.

Outside the Asia Pacific Region:

Please allow 14-21 days for delivery. The online store will calculate the price of delivery automatically in terms of your address, your order and the weight of your basket. The customer is responsible for all customs charges incurred. It is the customer’s responsibility, and in his/her best interest, to immediately inform the shipping company directly of any eventual damage or loss of goods during transport. The delivery will be made by DHL. A tracking number will be communicated to you by email

All orders are expressed in Philippine peso. We will accept all Major Credit Cards.

Returns/Exchanges
PATTY ANG provides its customers with high quality goods. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, for any reason, you may exchange or refund (excluding any shipping charges) undamaged and unused goods with the packaging, within 7 days of receiving your order.


Applicable Laws:
The laws applicable to the sale and any other contracts arising from this website shall be the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. As much as possible, parties shall settle all disputes amicably, but in case there is the need for arbitration or a suit, the venue shall be in Pasig City, Philippines only, to the exclusion of all other venues.
