Return & Exchange
For Ready-to-Wear:
All items are securely packed and released in top condition. We offer a 15-day return and exchange policy starting from the date your order is delivered for online orders, or from the date of purchase for in-store transactions, subject to the conditions below and product availability. Ready-to-wear items may only be exchanged once under the following conditions:
- The exchange is for an identical item (e.g., a different size or color), subject to availability;
- The item has a defect in quality not caused by the user’s fault or negligence;
- The item has not been used, stained, washed, altered, or damaged in any way;
- All original packaging, tags, and labels remain intact; and
- Original proof of purchase must be presented upon the exchange and can only be processed where it was originally purchased.
Please note that exchanges due to a change of mind are not accepted. Exchanges are allowed only once and are subject to the availability of an identical item. If a replacement item is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product. In the event of a price difference, any additional cost will be shouldered by the customer.
For online orders, please email info@pattyang.com prior to sending back the item(s) complete with proof of purchase, and reason for the exchange. All returned items are received at our headquarters following operating hours for careful quality inspection, which may take 1 to 2 business days upon receipt. Should further information be required, our team will contact you via email before processing your request.
Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange unless deemed defective upon assessment by the Atelierpca Incorporated.
All costs incurred in the return or exchange process—including shipping, duties, taxes, and related fees—shall be paid by the customer.
Patty Ang / Atelierpca Incorporated reserves the right to decline any return or exchange that does not meet the above conditions, or if there are clear signs of use or if the defect is deemed to result from the User’s fault or negligence. The company is not liable for any loss or damage that may occur during the return & exchange process handled by the courier or the customer.

Custom or made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds
Before requesting a refund, please review our return and exchange policy.
Refunds are applicable for online orders and are granted only in cases where an incorrect item has been received or when an item is determined to have a factory defect, subject to assessment by Atelierpca Incorporated.
All returned items must comply with our policy and be sent back to our headquarters for a thorough quality inspection for 1 to 2 business days from receipt of the item. Should additional information be required, our team will contact you via email prior to processing your refund.
Refunds will be issued exclusively to the original method of payment. Kindly refer to the estimated processing timeframe below:
Maya (Credit/Debit Cards): 3 to 14 business days
Please note that processing times vary depending on your issuing bank. Shipping fees, duties, taxes, credit card charges, and any other related fees are non-refundable.
