Philippines

Standard deliveries within Metro Manila are completed within approximately 2 to 4 business days, subject to order verification and processing. A standard delivery fee of Php 450 applies.

Deliveries outside Metro Manila are completed within approximately 4 to 7 business days, depending on location and courier availability. A standard delivery fee of Php 650 applies.

A shipment tracking number will be provided via email or SMS once the order has been dispatched.

International

Atelier Patty Ang ships worldwide via DHL Express. 

Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 10 business days, excluding any time required for customs processing or delays with the courier. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

Standard shipping fees are calculated at the checkout and vary depending on the delivery address. Please note that these rates do not include possible duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by your local customs authority. All such fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Other Information

This policy applies to ready-to-wear items. All pre-order or custom-made items are fulfilled according to their specified production lead times.

Note: While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to high order volumes, weather conditions, transportation issues, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or other circumstances that are beyond our control. Such delays shall not constitute a breach of our obligations. The company is also not liable for any loss or damage that may occur during the shipping & delivery process.
