This website (“Site”) is owned and operated by ATELIERPCA INCORPORATED (“PATTY ANG”).

Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise provided, all materials, including but not limited to, text, data, graphics, articles, photographs, images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, audio and video clips and written materials, that appear as part of this Site, any webpage thereof or any page linked thereto, permanently or temporarily,  (collectively, the “Contents”) are intellectual properties owned and/or controlled by and/or licensed to Patty Ang.

All intellectual property rights subsisting in respect of the Site and the Contents belong to Patty Ang or have been licensed to Patty Ang. Any intellectual property rights attached to the Site shall be exercised exclusively by Patty Ang, unless otherwise permitted by law or any contract entered into by Patty Ang.

Use of Site or Contents

You, as a user of this Site (each a “User”), undertake that:

(a) You shall not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, reproduce, create derivative works based on, distribute, perform, display, or in any way exploit, any part of this Site and/or the Contents, in whole or in part; and

(b) You shall only download or otherwise copy the Contents for personal and non-commercial use only without the written consent of Patty Ang, and in so doing, maintain all copyright and other notices contained in the Site and/or the Contents. No right, title or interest in any downloaded materials or software is transferred to the user as a result of any such act of downloading or copying; and

(c) Under no circumstances shall you use any part of the Site and/or the Contents on any other website or networked computer environment. 

The Site and the Contents, except when used for the purchase or availment of merchandise, goods or services sold, marketed or otherwise featured by Patty Ang (“Products”), are intended solely for personal, noncommercial use.

Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all Products. By placing an order or engaging into any form of transaction through the Site, you agree to be bound by, and hereby accept, these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to abide by the terms and conditions, the User must not use/access, continue to use/ access or avail of the Site and the Contents. 

These terms and conditions are subject to change by Patty Ang without prior notice at any given time. The latest version will be posted on the Site and will indicate at the bottom of this page the date on which revisions were made.

In addition, the User’s use of the Site and the Contents shall be subject to the Privacy Policy.

Product Information

Patty Ang has made every effort to display and/or describe as accurately as possible the colors, textures, materials and other details of the  Products sold, marketed or otherwise featured in the Site.

However, the User’s view or perception of the actual colors, prints, form and other characteristics of the Products will depend on the User’s device, peripherals and/or understanding of the provided descriptions. We cannot guarantee that the User’s view and/or understanding of the specifications of the Products is accurate.

Product Orders

All orders of Products are subject to acceptance of Patty Ang and availability of the Products and/or materials to be used in the production or other processing of said Products.

For custom or made-to-order items, orders may be placed by sending Patty Ang a message through the “Contact Us” option in the Site. Other orders may be used through the “Shop” page and, thereafter, the “Order” page.

Patty Ang reserves the right to decline orders that have been made should the company deem the transaction to be malicious or if, for any reason, Patty Ang shall be unable to provide the Products.

Product Prices

Product prices include all taxes and duties, unless otherwise specified. 

Shipping costs shall be for the account of the User and will vary depending on the size, weight and/or volume of the Products ordered. The total cost of the order indicated when confirming the order does not include shipping costs.

In the event that there shall be a change in the price of the Products in an order on account of a change in materials or other costs necessary for the production or other processing of such Products, Patty Ang shall inform the User as soon as possible and acquire confirmation before proceeding with the order.

Governing Law

The application and interpretation of these terms and conditions shall be governed by Philippine laws.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. We will notify you of any material changes to these Terms in accordance with applicable law, and such changes will be effective on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of or access to the Services following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
